Rossendale offers a little bit of something for everyone, from heritage attractions such as the traditional steam trains and textile museum to the adrenaline fuelled mountain bike trails, bridal way and ski slopes.
The picturesque Borough offers open countryside and combines modest size urban development with rural villages. As with the Ribble Valley, Rossendale offers many Equestrian properties as well as new build developments. Popular with commuters, the Borough offers motorway links to both Leeds and Manchester.
Bridging the gap between the two valleys lies our Head Office in Hyndburn, offering a wide selection of properties within all price brackets. The busy market town of Accrington lies at the centre of the Borough and is home to a spectacular Victorian Market Hall, opened in 1869.
Towards the outskirts Hyndburn offers beautiful countryside and manages to retain rural seclusion in many areas. The borough has many new build developments as well as the traditional stone built homes expected of a mill town.
One of the most prestigious locations in the North of England the Ribble Valley offers beautiful scenery and quaint market towns. Home to historic landmarks such as the 800 year old Clitheroe Castle, the Roman Fort of Bremetennacum in Ribchester, the 14th Century Whalley Abbey and Stonyhurst College.
The Ribble Valley offers a variety of properties from quaint cottages to palatial manor houses and all that lies in between, popular with commuters due to links to the A59. As with Rossendale, The Ribble Valley offers many Equestrian properties as well as new build developments.
Blackburn and Darwen

The former mill borough is now a vibrant, happening place to be with great food, good sport and fashionable heritage as well as two town centres that are creative, entrepreneurial and entertaining places to be. It lies to the north of the west pennine moors on the southern edge of the Ribble Valley, just 9 miles east of Preston and 9 miles north of the Greater Manchester border. More recently there has been alot of regeneration in the centre of Blackburn with the Mall offering a varierty of your highstreet favourites.
To the south of our Head office lies the vibrant, exciting City of Manchester. Well known for its culture, music, sport and shopping, Manchester really does have something for everyone. Fringed by the Cheshire Plain to the south, the Pennines to the north and with a exceptional Motorway access, be it a period cottage in Roe Green, a superb Semi in Salford or new build townhouse in Swinton our Manchester Office really does have it all.
The town began to develop in the early medieval period as a number of farming hamlets surrounded by manor houses and royal forests, and has held a market for more than 700 years. During the Industrial Revolution it became one of Lancashire's most prominent mill towns: at its peak was one of the world's larget producers of cotton cloth, and a major centre of engineering. The town is surrounded by countryside and villages such as Worsthorne, Cliviger and Hurstwood have a reputation as a regional centre of excellence for the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Burnley has retained a strong manufacturing sector, and has strong economic links with the cities of Manchester and Leeds, as well as neighbouring towns along the M65 corridor.
